Taichiming Cha is a Mong scholar who has dedicated the past 18 years to the study and research of Mong history, culture, and related ethnic histories. He is the author of the book "Mong China History and Heritage Preservation", which explores the historical roots and cultural legacy of the Mong people.

As the Executive Director of Mong Heritage, he actively participates in educational and community initiatives aimed at addressing misconceptions, discrimination, and the marginalization of Mong national identity and history. His work focuses on Mong people while fostering greater understanding across diverse groups to raising awareness, promoting accurate historical understanding, and advocating for inclusivity and equity.
